A Bit About the Role
    • Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained
    • General grounds and pool maintenance
    • Landscape-planting and weeding
    • Trash pickup and removal
    • Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
    • Other duties: Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
    • M-F: 8am-4:30pm and Saturday/Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
    • Landscaping
    • Pool maintenance

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of landscaping, grounds or general maintenance experience required
  • Experience in maintaining commercial grounds preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Ability to consistently display a positive attitude
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-will communicate with residents, management, vendors and contractors
