Bark Collective is a full service dog walking, daycare, boarding and training company that prides itself in the quality of care for our employees, dogs, and high end clientele.

The Receptionist serves to support communications, scheduling, billing, and record keeping at Bark collective. They serve as the first point of contact with clients, organizing communications and follow ups to ensure consistent service. They will also communicate with the team of Dog Walkers to coordinate daily schedules and transportation.

Job description:

Manage client communication through calls, text, e-mail and in-person

Manage dog walking schedules

Scheduling appointments and services in google calendar and Gingr software

Communicate with other team members throughout shift

Send photos of dogs from team to clients

Review client records

Billing

Greeting clients, checking in and out dogs, and walking dogs to different parts of the facility.

Skills & Requirements For Success:

Previous animal related experience is a plus!

Must be a dog lover

Fluent English Speaker and effective communicator

Customer Service oriented

Computer and typing skills

Organized

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Must have a minimum of one year of prior experience, and a basic understanding of canine behavior and corrective actions.

You will be very hands on with dogs and must be physically capable of walking all size dogs, leashing dogs, and maintaining control of dogs on and off leash.
