ServiceMaster by T.A. Russell is a trusted leader in water damage restoration, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation, and reconstruction services throughout southern California. We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to help strengthen our accounts receivable process and improve cash flow.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and have experience collecting payments from insurance carriers, TPAs, commercial accounts, or customers, we would love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:

✔ Manage aging accounts and collection efforts
 ✔ Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs
 ✔ Research and resolve billing discrepancies
 ✔ Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation
 ✔ Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines
 ✔ Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes
What We're Looking For:

✔ 3+ years of collections experience
 ✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
