National Auto Finance company is seeking a collections specialist to aid in the collection of our auto finance portfolio in our Las Vegas location. Candidate needs to have a strong background in telephone collections. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Responsibilities will include, taking customer payments, strategize work queues, update contact information, sending applicable statutory notices, setting acceptable payment arrangements with customers, able to be assertive, professional, and focused with customers, perform skip tracing, manage, review, and monitor assigned accounts, and provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements
