Job description

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Licensing and Compliance Associate is responsible for overseeing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Fintech aging reports, resolving outstanding balances for assigned business units

  • This role manages accounts receivable related to EDI and Fintech, including collections, researching payment agreements, and ensuring overall accuracy

  • You will generate various billback/claims invoices and ensure timely and accurate supplier billing

  • You will also prepare and communicate ABC state license reports to internal and external and update internal ERP to ensure compliance and data integrity

  • The Licensing and Compliance Associate will respond to EDI and Fintech issues from team members and internal and external customers

  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
