  • Experience with collections, evictions and delinquency management.
  • Strong organization skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills.

  • OneSite software experience is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

As a Business Manager, you work in conjunction with the Community Director to make sure the financial goals are achieved. You demonstrate persistence and aggressively collect rent, utility payments, and fees to minimize delinquency and bad debt write-offs. You complete administrative functions such as processing FAS upon move-out and month-end reporting. You prepare documents and files in order to effectively handle evictions. You are dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents and you deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain the community’s reputation.
