What you'll own
  • Connect with customers to help resolve past-due accounts through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods, while working together to find payment solutions that fit their needs.
  • Keep an eye on outstanding balances and proactively help customers bring their accounts up to date.
  • Assist customers with billing and settlement questions, providing a positive experience and timely resolution.
  • Track and share updates on account statuses and payment progress.
  • Partner with teammates and support other accounting-related activities when needed.
  • Take ownership of your workday by managing priorities, balancing multiple tasks, and contributing to the success of the team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure information stays current and organized.
  • Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Record payment activity and account updates in the appropriate systems and reports.
  • Jump in on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
