Salary Range:$46,000 - $48,000 per year.


Position Overview:

The Date Entry Associate is responsible for reviewing service-related transactions , correcting discrepancies, and ensuring that data entered is accurate so to correctly reflect charges for invoicing.

To succeed in this role, the incumbent will be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with excellent communication and record-keeping skills.


Key Functions & Duties:

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Verifying and validating information allocated to services rendered to facilitate completion process.
  • Perform daily completion process in preparation for invoicing.
  • Processing and recording transactions for COD customers.
  • Obtaining information from other departments to ensure accurate and complete records.
  • Working with the operations team to aid in missing information for entry.
  • Performing administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Generating reports for internal efficiency with respects to data entry.
  • Monitor and action on internal correspondence regarding billing corrections, clarifications and documentation requests


Required Education, Experience & Abilities:

  • Post-secondary education in related field.
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Waste Collection knowledge an asset but not required.
  • Experience with Trux Application an asset but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
