Job description

Join JPMorganChase’s Digital & AI Product team as a Product Manager (VP), where you’ll drive innovation and execution across digital platforms. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of collateral management and tokenization, collaborating with senior stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions for our clients.


As a Product Manager (Vice President), you will own the product lifecycle for Digital Collateral and Tokenization capabilities, from strategy through delivery and commercialization. You will operate at the intersection of Markets, Custody, Technology, and AI, translating business opportunities into scalable digital products aligned to firm-wide platform strategy. You will lead execution across tokenized collateral, digital financing, and AI-driven collateral intelligence initiatives, and influence strategic direction.

Job responsibilities
  • Translate Trading Services Digital & AI strategy into clear product vision, priorities, and deliverables
  • Lead agile delivery of the strategic roadmap for Digital & AI Collateral products (TCN, CTA, Digital Financing, Collateral Intelligence)
  • Define product value propositions, target clients, and competitive positioning
  • Oversee development of tokenized collateral capabilities, including TCN and CTA frameworks
  • Ensure integration across on-chain and off-chain systems, including eligibility, settlement, and reconciliation controls
  • Collaborate with Markets, Custody, Operations, and Sales teams to drive client engagement and timely delivery
  • Embed product governance aligned to Digital & AI Steering frameworks and manage regulatory, operational, and resiliency requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Significant experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Change/Transformation within Financial Services
  • Deep understanding of Collateral Management, Securities Finance, or Derivatives
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Business)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Leadership skills with ability to influence and drive outcomes across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Exposure to Digital Assets, Tokenization, or DLT-based platforms
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven tools or data analytics
  • Knowledge of Custody, Markets, and Payments ecosystem integration
  • Ability to lead in fast-evolving, innovation-driven environments
