Purpose
Support the assessment and management of credit risk across the Mortgage Capital Markets (MCM) portfolio, while developing expertise in the industry and building depth in credit risk processes.
What You'll Do
• Evaluate financial statements and covenant compliance certificates monitoring ongoing borrower performance and identify emerging trends
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of the portfolio updating portfolio monitoring reports
• Support the review and adjudication of credit applications and renewals
• Track critical transaction data and related portfolio metrics
• Track mortgage loan collateral metrics and generate mortgage loan portfolio performance reporting on a quarterly basis
• Support natural disaster collateral tracking and reporting
• Review and decision transaction level credit exceptions and related portfolio request
• Prepare necessary portfolio insights, reference documentation and materials for auditors and regulatory reviews
What You'll Bring
• 4-year college degree
• Knowledge of corporate lending products, counterparty derivatives
• Understanidng of credit risk, and the structures, and protections required for credit analysis
• Experience/knowledge of internal credit assessments
• Understanding of Bank's lending policies, procedures, and practices
• Familiarity with credit documentation
