Waterbury Hospital is seeking an experienced and collaborative Inpatient Medical Director to provide physician leadership for our inpatient Behavioral Health Department. This physician leader will partner with hospital administration, nursing leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while advancing quality, safety, operational efficiency, and physician engagement.
