Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon - Join a Growing, High-Performing Team
MercyOne Genesis is excited to welcome a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to our expanding team at our Level III Trauma Center. This is a rare opportunity to step into a new, rapidly growing orthopedic practice where your expertise, innovative mindset, and passion for trauma care will directly shape the future of the program.
Were looking for a surgeon with strong training in orthopedic traumatology or adult reconstruction/total joints who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Youll work on complex cases, enjoy strong system-wide support, and practice with the autonomy and resources you need to excel.

Qualifications
* MD or DO
* Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
* ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
* Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
* Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care
* Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
* Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons
Compensation & Benefits
* Two-year guaranteed salary: $730,000, plus production
* Straight production model starting in year 3
* Earning potential of $1M+
* $100,000 recruitment incentive
* Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
