Job description

Service Coordinator

Join the APCCO team, an Astra business, as a Service Coordinator, where you'll play a central role in keeping our field service operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build a career in a specialized and essential industry with a team that values collaboration and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track
  • Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing
  • Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements
  • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment

Role Structure:

You'll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise:

  • Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction
  • Service Quotes
  • Parts Ordering & Inventory

Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

Locations: Fresno, CA | Modesto, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours, with some on-call availability.
