As the Senior Manager, Total Rewards North America, you will be the primary architect and partner for compensation excellence across both Colgate and Hill’s North America. You will influence human capital strategies by implementing innovative programs that reward exceptional performance and ensure market competitiveness while navigating complex legal and operational landscapes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of strategic compensation programs across the North America region, ensuring alignment with business results and rewarding high performance within the Commercial and Supply Chain functions.
  • Serve as the primary technical expert for HR Leadership on compensation strategy, policy design, and legal compliance, providing data-driven recommendations to senior teams.
  • Execute annual compensation cycles, managing the end-to-end performance, salary, bonus, and equity processes in accordance with global standards and local requirements.
  • Partner with Global CBS and external stakeholders to analyze compensation data and practices, ensuring continuous improvement and operational effectiveness of all programs.
  • Champion transformation and education efforts by creating high-impact communication materials that ensure HR partners and executive leadership fully understand and leverage total rewards programs.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation, total rewards, or compensation consulting
  • Demonstrated experience in practical implementation of total rewards strategy, including the establishment of compensation processes, systems, and tools.
  • Proven technical knowledge of compensation benchmarking/market pricing processes and national/local legal compliance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to break down complex problems and present strategic ramifications to executive leadership.
  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to build high-trust relationships with internal customers and external vendors.
  • Collaborative team player who remains composed and adaptive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • High level of integrity with a demonstrated capability for handling confidential data and discretion.

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.

Our current hybrid office structure is Monday-Thursday in person, with Fridays as a work from home day.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD

  • Benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements.
  • Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
  • Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
