This position is much more than “just juicing.” We are looking for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, consistency, hospitality, teamwork, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, espresso drinks, and specialty coffee beverages
  • Operating and maintaining commercial juicing equipment safely and efficiently

  • Assisting customers with product recommendations and answering questions
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop, kitchen, prep areas, and customer spaces

  • Opening and closing duties including cleaning, organization, and cash handling
  • Supporting events, promotions, and seasonal offerings
  • Working as part of a team while also being self-motivated during downtime

Ideal Candidate:

  • Has barista, cafĂ©, restaurant, juice bar, or customer service experience (preferred but willing to train the right person)
  • Is dependable, positive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Takes initiative and notices what needs to be done without constant direction
  • Enjoys health, wellness, coffee culture, or plant-based lifestyles
  • Communicates well and works well with a team
  • Understands the importance of cleanliness and attention to detail
  • Is looking for a position with growth potential, not just short-term work

Bonus Experience:

  • Barista or espresso machine experience
  • Food prep or kitchen experience
  • Retail or hospitality experience
  • Social media or merchandising creativity
  • Interest in wellness, nutrition, plants, holistic lifestyles, crystals, chakra balance, healing practices, and alternative wellness modalities
  • Passion for creating positive, uplifting customer experiences
  • Appreciation for community-centered and health-conscious environments

At Juice EJ, we value kindness, community, creativity, and authenticity. We’re building a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience and enjoys being part of a growing small business.
