  • Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM) | Oracle Fusion Pricing & Shipping | Quote-to-Order / Order-to-Cash (O2C) Process & AMS Functional Support

Position Summary
  • We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Order Management Functional Consultant to provide post-production support, user enablement, and continuous improvement for Oracle Fusion Order Management, Quoting, Pricing, and Shipping processes. The consultant will work closely with business users to resolve functional issues, identify enhancement opportunities, recommend configuration changes, provide training, and support adoption of Oracle best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Order Management, Quoting, Pricing, Shipping, and Fulfillment processes.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to quotes, orders, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory integration.
  • Conduct business workshops to understand requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Recommend and document configuration changes aligned with business needs and Oracle standard functionality.
  • Prepare functional specifications and support testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
  • Develop and deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and process documentation.
  • Support Oracle quarterly release impact assessments and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Oracle Support, and technical teams to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of Oracle Order Management experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

Strong functional expertise in:
