The company's technology provides healthcare providers and patients with a more convenient, personalized approach to compression therapy.

Description:

  • Support sales activities throughout the assigned territory.
  • Conduct clinical presentations, product demonstrations, patient fittings, and training in physician office and patient home settings.
  • Educate physicians, therapists, clinicians, patients, and caregivers.
  • Assist patients with product onboarding, documentation, prescriptions, and reimbursement requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinical partners.
  • Support territory strategy and execution to achieve sales goals.
  • Participate in trade shows, educational events, and customer meetings.
  • Provide ongoing customer and product support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Medical Device, Res Med, DME, Home Medical, or B2B sales experience.
  • Comfortable interacting with healthcare professionals and patients in clinical and home settings.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and highly motivated.

Compensation: Base salary is $65,000 – $70,000 and $100,000 – $120,000 first-year on-target earnings, comprehensive benefits package. High-performing Associate Sales Representatives are expected to progress into a Territory Manager role within approximately 12 months with significantly greater earning potential.
