Job Title: International Logistics Product Manager

Location: Fontana, California

Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000 Annually

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by identifying market opportunities, synthesizing customer feedback, analyzing industry trends, and defining product strategy.

  • Analyze U.S. market characteristics and customer needs to design products and logistics solutions tailored to local business scenarios.

  • Drive market research, product planning, solution design, business validation, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization for logistics products across North and South America.

  • Define product requirements, user stories, workflows, and product architecture, collaborating closely with engineering, operations, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.

  • Monitor operational performance and user feedback, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve product functionality, user experience, and business outcomes.

  • Ensure high-quality product releases through effective project management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination across multiple time zones.

  • Partner with teams in China and the Americas to align product priorities, execution plans, and commercialization strategies while taking ownership of product and business results.

  • Track emerging logistics and supply chain trends across the Americas-including U.S.-Mexico warehousing and distribution, Latin America's last-mile delivery ecosystem, and cross-border logistics innovations-and develop market intelligence reports to support long-term business planning.

  • Collaborate with business, operations, sales, and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies that accelerate product adoption, customer growth, and revenue.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in international logistics, supply chain technology, or cross-border e-commerce.

  • Proven experience in international logistics product planning and execution. Experience with the U.S. market, global e-commerce platforms, or large-scale international logistics companies is highly preferred.

  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable product solutions.

  • Excellent business acumen with strategic planning and product roadmap development capabilities.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a global environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different regions and time zones.

  • Self-driven, proactive, customer-focused, and innovative, with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based customers and global teams.

  • Willingness and flexibility to support teams across the Americas and collaborate in a cross-time-zone environment.
