Job description

Bilingual Virtual Sales Representative (Cold Caller)

As a Bilingual Virtual Sales Representative, your primary role will be to conduct cold calls, set appointments, and close sales, making at least 100 calls a day. You will use both languages to reach out to as many potential customers as possible, with a specific focus on engaging and closing sales within multiple demographic markets in the United States Metro Regions. You will be primarily focused on selling and setting appointments to offer major company postpaid cell phone plans. You will be at the forefront of real-time, on-camera interactions with our customers, delivering expert product recommendations, conducting demos, and providing a premier sales experience through various methods (live video, telephone, and chat).

In this role, you’ll provide a unique and exceptional customer experience. In addition to cold calling and sales pitching, you’ll access and maintain records in appropriate point of sale systems and handle a variety of sales-related tasks, including customer contracts and warranties, processing credit applications, completing orders from multiple fulfillment options, and activating service.

You’ll also be required to:

  • Cold call at least 100 potential customers per day to set appointments and close sales.
  • Reach out to markets in New York and New Jersey to generate leads and close sales, communicating effectively in both English and your Bilingual language.
  • Sell and set appointments to sell major company postpaid cell phone plans to customers.
  • Consistently display a high-energypositiveprofessional, and friendly willingness to assist customers through video, chat, or telephone interactions.
  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Make recommendations according to customer needs.
  • Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services.
  • Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations over video software.
  • Interact with and sell to customers via video, chat, or telephone interactions and provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ensure adherence to channel-specific methods, procedures, and clean-desk policies.
  • Adhere to all appearance standards, including a dress code.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience at AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon is required.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Hindi, Urdu, and English is required.
  • High energy and the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor throughout the workday.
  • 1-3 years of cold calling, retail, customer-facing, and/or call center sales experience.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long durations (e.g., 8 hours) and engage with customers as dictated by business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
