Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Virtual Lead Generation VT to join our team and help drive our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing efforts by researching target markets, building contact lists, and reaching out to prospective clients. This remote position is perfect for someone with excellent research skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company products/services
  • Qualify leads and gather essential information to assess potential interest
  • Set appointments for the sales team and ensure smooth hand-offs
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging to maintain engagement
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team to align on prospects and opportunities
  • Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive, persuasive approach

Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to build rapport and handle rejection professionally
  • Goal-driven with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems is a plus
