Mental Strengthening is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Telehealth Mental Health Counselor to join our team. This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions with adult patients using secure online platforms, delivering evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the specific needs and goals of each client, regularly reviewing and updating as necessary to track progress.
• Document all patient interactions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant records are maintained in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and professional development activities to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health strategies.
• Participate in organizational meetings to contribute insights on best practices and operational improvements, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our service delivery.

Our primary focus is on serving adult clients who may be experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Given the remote nature of our services, we aim to cater to a diverse demographic, ensuring accessibility for individuals in urban, suburban, and rural areas, thereby helping to break down barriers to mental health care.

• A Master’s level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (e.g., LMFT, LCMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) is mandatory.
• Outstanding written communication skills for comprehensive documentation and clear therapeutic notes.
• A clean disciplinary record with no past actions against a professional license in any jurisdiction.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adult populations, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health practices.
• Training and proficiency in evidence-based therapies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities that address depression and anxiety disorders.
• Experience working in a telehealth environment, including familiarity with various telecommunication tools and virtual working dynamics.

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a potential sign-on bonus of up to USD 1,000.
