Job Summary

The Client Services Professional Floater (CSP) plays a dual role, supporting both teller operations and new account services. This position provides high-quality customer service at the teller line and new accounts desk, while traveling within an assigned region to support multiple banking centers as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to deepen client relationships and attract new business.
  • Accurately process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
  • Maintain and reconcile cash drawer in accordance with bank policies.
  • Open new accounts and assist clients in selecting appropriate financial products.
  • Promote bank products and services through consultative conversations and referrals.
  • Follow all compliance, security, and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Support sales efforts by developing prospect lists, soliciting new relationships, and completing assigned sales activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell and refer clients as appropriate.
Job Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teller experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to type and use a ten-key calculator.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong math aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours and Saturdays as needed.
