We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our Orlando team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work, safety, and customer service.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience
  • Experience performing routine maintenance, including:
    • Duct cleaning
    • Filter changes
    • Coil cleaning
    • System inspections and tune-ups
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (including THC)


Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
  • Complete duct cleaning to improve system efficiency and indoor air quality
  • Troubleshoot minor issues and document maintenance findings
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all job sites
  • Provide courteous, professional service to customers
