Job Summary:
ClifyX is looking for an RPA Technical Project Manager to lead and manage RPA solutions. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end RPA lifecycle, interacting with clients, and ensuring efficient project management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Understand the configuration aspects of the various Automation Products modules.
• Should be well-versed with E2E RPA lifecycle.
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle is a must.
• Familiarity with the business processes of at least one of the verticals like PTP, OTC, RTR, HRL, SCM & IT Process Automation knowledge good to have.
• Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment.
• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
• Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand and implement client requirements.
• Communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end
• Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence

• 10 - 15 years of experience in IT and any domain with hands-on at least one RPA tool
• Experience as a Technical Consultant in Robotic Process Automation RPA solutions using UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, WorkFusion etc.

• Should be well-versed with E2E RPA lifecycle.
• Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering, gap analysis and software development lifecycle is a must.
