Join the Buzz at DCR Coffee!

As a Packager, you'll be right in the heart of the action-helping get our delicious coffee into the hands of our customers! You'll be packaging fresh coffee, filling orders with care, and making sure every bag meets our high-quality standards and each customer's unique preferences.

Your day will include inspecting products to make sure everything looks and feels just right, loading up packaging equipment like a pro, and keeping your workspace organized and squeaky clean. If you're detail-oriented, love the smell of coffee, and want to be part of a team that takes pride in every cup, this is the role for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Label and stage coffee bags for the days production.
  • Fill bags with appropriate coffee, using a weigh-and-fill machine.
  • Seal and tape (where applicable) filled coffee bags.
  • Stage product in its designated area.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Assure quality and accuracy of product at all stages of packaging.
  • Adhere to Dillanos safety rules and guidelines.
  • Grind coffee using small grinders and industrial grinders.
  • Flavor coffee using a paddle mixer, as well as bag-flavored coffee using weigh-and-fill.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.
  • Operate a standup and sit-down forklift.
