Are you energetic, passionate about coffee, and love making people smile? Travelin' Tom's Coffee is looking for a dependable and outgoing Mobile Barista to join our team! In this role, you won’t just be working behind a regular counter—you'll be bringing a premium, high-energy coffee shop experience directly to the community via our state-of-the-art mobile coffee trucks. From corporate events and schools to private parties and festivals, your office changes every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Craft Premium Beverages: Prepare and serve Travelin’ Tom’s signature hot, iced, and blended drinks—including lattes, frappes, cold brews, teas, lemonades, and our exclusive Nitro Energy drinks—strictly following quality and recipe standards.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet every customer with a warm smile, take orders efficiently, and create a fun, welcoming atmosphere at every event.
  • Truck Operations & Setup: Assist with stocking inventory, setting up the truck before events, and breaking it down at closing. Keep the truck spotless, organized, and sanitized inside and out.
  • Point of Sale (POS): Accurately process cash and card transactions using our digital POS system.
  • Safe Driving (If applicable): Safely drive and navigate the Travelin' Tom's truck to and from designated event locations (training provided).
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent the Travelin' Tom's brand with high energy, professionalism, and positivity in the local community.
