In this key role you will be responsible for a 200,000+ sq. ft. facility with diverse production technologies, multishift operations, and multiple layers of organizational responsibility.

What you will accomplish together with us:

  • Oversee availability and efficient use of materials, labor, and equipment to meet production plans and minimize downtime across multiple production areas, technologies, and shifts,optimizingresourceutilizationat scale across complex environments
  • Optimize resource utilization at scale, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Monitor and act on site performance metrics, escalating risks and leading cross-functional corrective actions to meet production targets whilemaintainingsafety, quality, and cost efficiency in line with assigned KPIs
  • Drive the integration of cuttingedge technologies, (i.e., AI systems, automation, digital manufacturing systems, data-driven quality and process controls)
  • Champion modernization of operations and elevation of site performance.
  • Maintain site compliance with EHS, GMP (if applicable), and regulatory standards across diverse and complex operations, ensuring audit readiness andtimelyresolution of findings
  • Lead the integration ofnew technologiesand process improvements across large-scale operations, ensuring alignment with network strategy and effective change management across multiple teams
  • Champion a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across site functions, with strong shop floor engagement and leadership through multiple organizational layers
  • Lead with a genuine, teamcentered mindset and build a highperformance environment rooted in trust, collaboration, and empowerment
  • Inspire and develop leaders across Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS Facilities, and Continuous Improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with EHS, GMP, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain audit readiness and drive timely resolution of findings.
  • Use data and analytics to guide decisionmaking, variance analysis, and rootcause investigations.

What will convince us:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Industrial Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing operations, preferably in biopharma or biotech, including leadership of large teams and complex multi-line operations
  • Proven success leading through multiple organizational layers and managing large crossfunctional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of GMP, EHS, cost control, and production planning in high-complexity environments
  • Demonstrated experience implementing automation, digitalization, and AIdriven manufacturing solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead through layers, manage large cross-functional teams, and foster a culture of accountability and performance
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, ability to manage complex variance analysis, root cause investigations, and cross-functional resolution
  • Ability toleveragedata for decision-making and performance tracking
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
