Job description

Sales Representative (In-Person)

Company: Golden Sleeve Incorporation

Location: San Mateo, CA (In-Person / Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Industry: Foodservice Packaging / Paper & Plastic Disposables / B2B Distribution

About Golden Sleeve Incorporation

Golden Sleeve Incorporation is a strategic joint venture uniting a U.S.-based importer, a high-tech logistics and supply chain provider, and an experienced manufacturer of paper coffee sleeves, cups, and eco-disposables. We provide fully integrated supply chain solutions—connecting manufacturing, smart technology, logistics, and distribution under one roof to serve foodservice distributors.

Position Summary

We are seeking a driven, proactive Sales Representative to join our team at our San Mateo office. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our B2B distribution footprint across North America by selling our core product lines—including custom and stock coffee sleeves, paper cups, lids, paper bags, and disposable tableware—directly to regional and national foodservice supply distributors.

You will own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting and closing deals from our office, managing distributor accounts, and taking responsibility for client payment collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Outreach: Source, cold-call, and email key buyers and decision-makers at foodservice packaging distributors, broadlines, and supply companies.
  • Experience working with AI & Social Media.
  • Full Sales Cycle Execution: Present product options, pitch Golden Sleeve’s direct-from-factory pricing advantages, mail product samples, negotiate contract terms, and close sales.
  • Account Management & Growth: Build strong phone and video relationships with distributor partners, consistently upselling additional product categories (sleeves, cups, lids, bags, tableware).
  • Collections & Receivables: Take ownership of client account balances, monitor invoice status, and handle payment collections to keep account financials healthy.
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work directly alongside our in-office management, logistics, and supply chain teams to coordinate sample shipments, inventory needs, and order delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Work Setup: Being able to work independently.
  • Experience: 2+ years of outbound B2B sales experience (background sales in packaging, foodservice supplies, disposable coffee cups and sleeves to distributor sales is a plus).
