Highwire Coffee Roasters - Barista Position Available

Are you looking for a fun and welcoming environment where your love for people and coffee can flourish? Are you known for your positive attitude, even in a fast-paced environment? Do you thrive in a place that values community and enthusiasm? If so, we want you to join our highly skilled team at Highwire Coffee Roasters!

Highwire Coffee Roasters is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to learn the art of coffee with us. Coffee experience is a bonus, but not required. We will train you to become an amazing Barista and help create a special experience for our guests—no coffee experience required!

What You'll Do:

  • Craft and serve a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
  • Welcome and connect with our guests in an authentic and meaningful way, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, even during peak hours.
  • Uphold Highwire's standards for operational excellence and hospitality.
  • Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of coffee and our unique Highwire approach.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Who You Are:

  • A lover of coffee and people: You have a genuine interest in coffee and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality
  • Detail-oriented: You take pride in your work and pay attention to the little things that make a big difference
  • A team player: You are a pleasure to work with and contribute to a supportive and respectful atmosphere
  • Results-driven: You are motivated to help our cafe grow and build customer loyalty
  • Previous barista experience is a plus, but a strong desire to learn is essential

Compensation and Benefits:
