What is a coffee manager?

Coffee managers oversee the daily operations of coffee shops or cafes, ensuring quality service, product consistency, and customer satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing staff, handling inventory, setting schedules, and maintaining facility standards. They may also be involved in hiring, training, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. A coffee manager often works closely with baristas and other team members to create a positive work environment and uphold the business's brand and quality standards.

These skills are crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining product quality, and fostering customer loyalty in a competitive market.
