- Organizational - The ability to oversee up to 5 stores in your district; maintaining a schedule of being in all stores weekly, leading weekly meetings, and ensuring all stores are following the systems in place and maintaining a clean store inside and out.
- Customer Service - The ability to build sales and develop loyal relationships with customers by providing outstanding products and amazing service in a fast, friendly, efficient manner.
