1. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Missional Advancement
> Prioritize ministry focus of business through sacredness of space, winsomeness and
competence of employees and volunteers, along with quality of products and services,
all with a spirit of paying forward the blessings we experience in the name of Jesus.
2. Staff Leadership
> Hire, manage, train, evaluate, and dismiss staff
> Create work schedules & effectively communicate with staff in a clear & timely fashion
> Promote team building and staff morale
> Develop barista training process through personal coffee drink-making skills & utilizing
outside expertise as needed
3. Supply Management
> Maintain a well-stocked, fiscally-responsible inventory
> Develop positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
4. Financial Oversight
> Ensure overall financial viability
> Oversee daily sales and register reconciliation
> Supervise bank deposits and credit card sales processes
> Monitor revenue and expenses on a daily, weekly, and monthly bases
> Provide timely and accurate reporting and recommend course correction as needed
5. Communication Coordination
> Guide social media promotion and other marketing efforts
> Facilitate connection with LifeBridge congregation, including volunteer opportunities
> Maintain a positive community presence, including interaction with key leaders and
fellow business owners.

3. REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE: Managerial experience required; coffee shop experience preferred
EDUCATION: High school diploma required; additional education preferred
SKILLS: Barista skills preferred; tech experience preferred (ex: Square, Sling)
CHARACTER: Willing to abide by the Water's Edge Lifestyle Agreement
BODY LIFE: Must be involved in LifeBridge with regular Sunday worship attendance
RESIDENCE: Living in/near South Haven preferred
