Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zuora Billing Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of subscription billing solutions on the Zuora platform. The role involves working closely with business, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable billing solutions and drive best practices across Zuora implementations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of Zuora Billing solutions for subscription-based business models.

  • Configure and manage product catalog, pricing models, rate plans, billing rules, invoicing, and payments.

  • Oversee integrations between Zuora and systems such as Salesforce, ERP (Oracle/NetSuite/SAP), and other enterprise platforms.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams on Zuora best practices and architecture.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance, and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

  • Manage data migration, system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

  • Ensure solutions follow industry best practices, compliance, and security standards.

Required Qualifications
  • 6-10+ years of experience in Zuora Billing implementation and support.

  • Strong expertise in subscription billing lifecycle, invoicing, and payment processing.

  • Experience with Zuora APIs, workflows, and integrations with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Proven experience leading teams or acting as a technical lead in Zuora implementations.

  • Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
