Living Innovations is a dedicated organization committed to providing essential support and services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Biller to join our team. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in a non-profit setting, Living Innovations is the place for you!

This is an In-Person position 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday 

 Responsibilities:

  • Responds to business office inquiries in a professional, warm, friendly manner
  • Responds to employee and individual inquiries.
  • Providing excellent customer service skills both via phone and office interactions.
  • Ensuring billing documents are filed electronically in appropriate areas of document management system.
  • Maintaining a log of all missing billing items.
  • Reconciling billing logs with payroll logs

Qualifications: 

  • A patient, caring, and positive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide customer service in and upbeat and cheerful manor.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook).  
  • High school diploma
  • Experience in billing preferred
  • Valid state issued driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
  • The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
