Your mission, roles and responsibilities The main role of the Process Engineer is to verify quality, safety, and equipment uptime in their designated area.

They provide engineering support to the production and maintenance department in supporting plant growth and new equipment installation. Responsibilities: Support with the continuous improvement process Ensure the plant readiness to launch successful new programs Support the installation of new equipment by managing the process from the order to the implementation Assist with any additional task as assigned by company Series Production Procurement of manufacturing equipment under consideration of demanded security, quality and environmental protection and their preservation Equipment and tooling follow-up Support the engineering change management process Update manufacturing routines and work instructions Keep processes (machines, tools, procedures) at best possible level in compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations and Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) Support the construction of industrialization budget and the plant CAPEX; and ensure their application Plan, monitor and coordinate the work of external companies Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his field of responsibility Support problem solving initiatives Participate to the plant PDP Continuous improvement process Support the continuous improvement process in following: Labor Quality Equipment and tooling Space Work conditions Plant readiness to launch new programs Participate in the definition of the production process and selection of machines and equipment Define plant layout to support new products launches Lead the installation process of new machines and equipment Support production in the start of new processes to ensure a successful SOP (initial samples, run @ rate, work instructions) People Management Staff, train coach, assess and develop the plant manufacturing (direct or dotted line) Support and train other networks/functions Comply and reinforce the Code of Management and Code of Ethics as it applies within the perimeter of Human Resources To uphold and reinforce the Code of Ethics and the Code of Management as it applies within Human Resources Comply with and reinforce the appropriate Code of Ethics as it applies to the confidentiality of employee's personal data and the protection of HR related documents Reporting Manage ME key indicators (TRS: change over, cycle time, reliability...)
