Job description

Since 2007, The Hope Source has provided the highest quality comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with ASD and their families through our unique hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy. Our multidisciplinary team collaborates to provide holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services to ensure continuity of care for our clients for positive and lasting outcomes.

Newly accredited through the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE®)

We are seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our amazing Clinical Team!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a “Pod” that includes a caseload of clients and behavior technicians on a designated “Team”
  • Develop and supervise client treatment plans using evidence-based practices and The Hope Source ABA philosophy
  • Develop, train and supervise client behavior intervention plans when necessary and using evidence-based practices and The Hope Source ABA philosophy
  • Create and train strategies to support clients toward accomplishing goals within meaningful engagements and groups through Protocol Modification
  • Assist with client Assessment delivery and analysis
  • Collaborate with Family Guidance Coordinator for parent support, communication and training
  • Collaborate with a strong interdisciplinary team of BCBAs, SLPs, OTs, Counselors, Teachers, Art, Music and Rec specialists, Team Supervisors and other members
  • Provide Clinical Supervision for RBTs and Clinical Assistants when necessary
  • Provide Group Continuing Education trainings for RBT each week
  • Assist with RBT Competency during new hire orientation
  • Attend all Clinical, staff, development, and team meetings
  • Upholding a strict ethical code
  • Contribute to positive, supportive work environment
