Staff Management | SMX is looking to add a support role for a client in New Albany, Indiana. This position is a full-time Team Leader opportunity and consists of supporting all orientation, onboarding, and training functions. It will also consist of shift management and customer service. This position is Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 pm-5:30 am. Benefits include paid vacation, flexible hours, and leadership training.

  • Maintaining communication with all supervisors regarding SMX team members
  • Work closely with HR and the day shift team daily to coordinate open positions and new hires
  • Maintain a professional and successful customer service environment
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation as needed

  • Minimum of 6 months work history in Customer Service and Office experience
  • Flexible training on day shift then transition to nights
