Interns frequently work on smaller features or bug fixes under the guidance of more experienced developers, allowing them to learn best practices and company workflows. The environment is typically collaborative, with interns participating in team meetings, code reviews, and sometimes pair programming sessions. These experiences provide valuable exposure to real-world software development processes and can help build a strong foundation for future roles.
