Job description

As the most trusted global leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, Agiloft helps organizations manage the end-to-end process of proposing, negotiating, signing, and leveraging contracts using our flexible Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). With contract data as the foundation, customers quickly and collaboratively reach agreement and leverage contract visibility to thrive with competitive advantage. Employing powerful, pragmatic artificial intelligence as a legal force multiplier, and robust integration capabilities as a data liberator, organizations around the world trust Agiloft’s certified implementers to deliver connected, intelligent, and autonomous solutions across the entire contract lifecycle.

Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.

We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.

Position Overview

Agiloft is looking for a strategic, data-driven and hands-on marketing leader to own global campaign strategy and execution end-to-end. You'll set the vision, own New Logo pipeline goals, and lead a team spanning NAM and EMEA campaigns and ABM. This is a player-coach role that balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution, requiring genuine fluency with campaign execution, marketing technology, and data. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing all aspects of campaigns including lead acquisition and fully integrated traditional and ABM campaigns.

The Director is expected to shape how AI, automation, and data are embedded into marketing workflows, enabling the team to scale marketing impact while maintaining human judgment, accountability, and customer focus.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Demand & Operations.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Own

Strategy & Planning

  1. Develop, define, and own the global demand generation and campaign strategy, including annual and quarterly roadmaps tied directly to New Logo pipeline, revenue, and bookings goals across NAM and EMEA.
  2. Set and track New Logo pipeline creation targets by region and segment; own forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, vendor negotiations, and contracting across all programs.
  3. Build a prioritization framework that balances ABM plays, industry campaigns, lifecycle marketing, customer advocacy and scalable demand gen motions globally.
  4. Stay deeply informed on Agiloft's target industries, buyer personas, competitive landscape, and market trends across regions; translate that intelligence into campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and sharpen Agiloft's positioning.
  5. Establish the long-term vision for AI-enabled campaign execution, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness, accelerate decision-making, and scale team capacity through responsible adoption of AI and automation.
  6. Continuously evaluate how emerging technologies, evolving buyer behaviors, and changing go-to-market models will reshape the marketing organization, proactively adapting strategies, team capabilities, and operating models to maintain competitive advantage.

Campaign Programs: NAM & EMEA

  1. Develop and lead integrated, multi-channel campaign programs spanning lifecycle email, webinars, virtual events, content syndication, ABM (1:1, 1:few, 1:many,1:1), and industry campaigns across North America and EMEA — attracting, engaging, educating, and nurturing prospects through every step of the customer journey
  2. Build and manage quarterly campaign calendars with clear goals, channels, owners, and success metrics for each region
  3. Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Customer Marketing and Marketing Operations to ensure campaigns are well-resourced, well-messaged, and well-timed
  4. Adapt global campaign strategies for EMEA market nuances, including regional buyer behavior, language considerations, local events, and compliance requirements (GDPR and similar)
  5. Lead the adoption of AI-enabled campaign planning and marketing automation capabilities that improve personalization, accelerate execution, increase operational scalability, and enable marketers to focus on higher-value strategic work.

Lifecycle Marketing & Email

  1. Own the strategy for email programs that move prospects through the funnel across all regions
  2. Own the MQL-to-SQL handoff framework in partnership with SDR and Marketing Operations
  3. Direct use of behavioral data and intent signals to trigger personalized communications at the right moment in the buyer journey
  4. Oversee and guide copywriting quality and consistency across campaign communications; conduct regular audits to ensure messaging is compelling, on-brand, and aligned to buyer stage and persona.

Content

  1. Leverage and influence the development of marketing content — whether produced by the Agiloft team, partners, customers, industry influencers, or other third parties — to serve campaign goals based on proven results and customer, prospect, and partner feedback.

ABM & Cross-functional Alignment

  1. Partner with NAM and EMEA Sales teams to align campaign efforts to territories, segments, and target account lists
  2. Enable sellers with campaign playbooks, outbound messaging, and best practices that actually get adopted across regions
  3. Stay close to the field, whether through MQL follow up reviews, deal reviews, or regular Sales syncs so your team's campaigns reflect real buyer and seller dynamics in each market
  4. Maintain a regular cadence with SDR and Sales leadership to review New Logo pipeline impact and optimize programs
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partners, Customer Marketing and Advocacy, and Professional Services to create a campaigns strategy that inspires prospects and customers to engage with Agiloft.

Data Reporting, AI & Optimization

  1. Define success metrics tied to New Logo pipeline creation and deal acceleration; drive team accountability to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  2. Deliver clear, regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across NAM and EMEA, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  3. Leverage quantitative insights (MOPS dashboards, platform and tactic-level data) and qualitative field insights to continually assess and optimize performance.
  4. Leverage AI to optimize ABM and campaign performance by identifying opportunities to improve audience targeting, personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and marketing operations.
  5. Evaluate, prioritize, and govern AI-enabled marketing capabilities, establishing standards for responsible adoption, measurement, and continuous optimization across the marketing organization.
  6. Build a culture of testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization—ensuring every campaign is treated as a source of insight, with learnings used to refine future strategy and execution.
  7. Champion a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision making, and continuous learning by combining analytics, AI-enabled insights, and human judgment to improve marketing performance and business outcomes.

Budgeting & Finance

  1. Manage purchasing, vendor negotiations, contracting, and budget for your department.
  2. Allocate resources across programs to maximize New Logo pipeline impact and return on marketing investment; report on budget performance and adjust plans as needed.

Team Leadership

  1. Manage, mentor, and develop a team across two functions: NAM Campaigns & ABM, EMEA Campaigns & ABM.
  2. Build a high-performing, AI-enabled campaigns organization by coaching leaders and individual contributors, fostering continuous learning, encouraging experimentation, and embedding AI into everyday workflows where it creates measurable business value.
  3. Own team performance and accountability for achieving established New Logo pipeline, revenue, and program success metrics, ensuring clear goals, regular performance reviews, and proactive course correction when targets are at risk.
  4. Maintain consistent brand and messaging standards across all channels, touchpoints, and markets
  5. Develop organizational capability by identifying future skill needs, coaching the team on AI fluency and modern marketing practices, and creating development opportunities that prepare the organization for evolving customer and business expectations.
  6. Lead organizational change initiatives that improve marketing operating models, team effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration, and adoption of new technologies.

Other duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated experience leading the adoption of generative AI and AI-enabled marketing technologies to improve strategic planning, personalization, operational efficiency, and business decision-making, with the ability to evaluate success through measurable business outcomes rather than technology adoption alone.
