Maintenance Director – Skilled Nursing Facility in Franklin, Tennessee

What You’ll Do:

  • Ensure the community remains compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for Life Safety Code compliance.

  • Review the department’s policies, procedure manuals, job descriptions, etc. at least annually for revisions and make recommendations to the Administrator.

  • Prepare operating and staffing budgets for maintenance and monitors monthly.

  • Direct other staff within the Maintenance Department and oversee their work ethic.

  • Perform any related tasks as assigned.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity in a maintenance or plant related position

  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in long-term care is preferred
