Ad Compliance Manager

100% Remote.

About the Role

We're looking for an Ad Compliance Manager who will protect the integrity of our marketing programs by ensuring our advertising, websites, lead generation practices, and consent processes remain compliant with applicable regulations and internal policies.

This person will serve as the gatekeeper for advertising compliance, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and Leadership to identify risks before they become problems. The ideal candidate understands digital marketing, lead generation, consumer consent requirements, fraud prevention, and advertising compliance in a performance marketing environment.

What You'll Do
  • Review and monitor digital advertising campaigns for regulatory and internal policy compliance.
  • Ensure websites, landing pages, lead forms, and consumer journeys comply with TCPA and other applicable marketing and consent regulations.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Legal, and other department leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Review new campaigns before launch and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
  • Monitor incoming traffic and advertising partners for fraud, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
  • Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, documentation, and best practices.
  • Educate internal teams on advertising compliance standards and emerging regulatory changes.
  • Help establish processes that balance business growth with regulatory compliance.
  • Stay informed on evolving laws, regulations, and industry best practices affecting digital advertising and lead generation.
What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6 months, you will:

  • Build and improve our advertising compliance review process.
  • Reduce compliance risks across websites, landing pages, and advertising campaigns.
  • Establish clear internal policies for campaign approvals and ongoing monitoring.
  • Improve fraud detection and enforcement across advertising channels.
  • Become the trusted compliance partner for Marketing and executive leadership.
QualificationsRequired
  • 4+ years of experience in advertising compliance, marketing compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of TCPA, consumer consent requirements, and digital marketing regulations.
  • Experience reviewing websites, landing pages, and advertising creative for compliance.
  • Knowledge of lead generation, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing ecosystems.
  • Experience developing and enforcing compliance policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Preferred
  • Experience in lead generation, affiliate marketing, legal marketing, fintech, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
  • Experience with fraud detection or traffic quality monitoring.
  • Familiarity with platform advertising policies (Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.).
  • Experience working with compliance management or fraud monitoring tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
