Your role will be entirely remote, allowing you the convenience of providing services from the comfort of your home, while also engaging with clients through a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. We provide a cloud-based electronic health record (EHR) system to streamline documentation, enabling you to focus on what truly matters: delivering exceptional care and fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize treatment programs to facilitate symptom management and promote the overall mental well-being of clients.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs, identify problems, and develop effective treatment plans.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date client records in the cloud-based EHR, ensuring compliance with all insurance regulations and standards, including those set by Medicaid and Medicare.
• Engage in case management as necessary, coordinating care and services to ensure client safety and confidentiality, while adhering to ethical guidelines.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that accommodates a variety of client needs and time zones, including some evening and weekend availability.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Summit Healthcare Group, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various psychological challenges. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong track record of success in improving client outcomes.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including a reliable laptop/desktop with a consistent internet connection and webcam, to facilitate telehealth services.
• Ability to work independently while managing a flexible schedule to tailor services around client availability.
• Completion of a background check is mandatory for all counselors prior to employment.

• Experience in creating and implementing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Familiarity with teletherapy practices and best practices in providing remote mental health care.
