Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, internal developer platforms, or enterprise-scale software development environments
  • Experience launching 0-to-1 products or modernizing established developer experience products

  • Experience with security, compliance, governance, or audit requirements in enterprise development workflows
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

  • Lead the transition toward AI-native development practices by defining product capabilities that help developers work more effectively with AI-assisted and agentic tools
  • Partner with engineering, UX, security, compliance, and internal platform teams to shape developer experiences that work for both individual developers and large engineering organizations
  • Translate complex developer needs into clear product requirements, success metrics, and phased delivery plans
  • Drive customer discovery with internal and external developers to understand pain points, validate product direction, and measure improvements in developer experience
  • Prioritize product investments using developer impact, adoption data, technical feasibility, business value, and strategic alignment
  • Define requirements for AI-assisted development workflows, including coding assistants, repository-aware agents, automated review, test generation, documentation support, debugging assistance, and development workflow automation
