Job description

Duties Description The incumbent to this position would be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
• Assist applicant, representatives, and the general public on the phone with licensing inquires.
• Must have a pleasant phone manner and be able to make requests for additional monies and documents either via the telephone or via email correspondence.
• Perform additional clerical duties such as scanning, coding and mail distribution as needed.
• Assist with processing the email boxes for the clerical unit (Conditional and Deficiency email boxes).
• Data enter licensing and permit applications into the agency's databases; access fees from a fee chart; assist with distribution of applications and related documents to review staff and maintain tickler files.
• Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements.
NOTE: IN ORDER TO AWARD THE PROPER CREDIT FOR WORK EXPERIENCE, RESUMES MUST INCLUDE MONTH AND YEAR FOR START AND END DATES. IF ANY OF THIS EXPERIENCE IS LESS THAN FULL TIME YOU MUST INDICATE THE AVERAGE NUMBER OF HOURS WORKED PER WEEK.
