Unlike traditional academic routes, coding apprenticeships combine real-world work experience with mentorship and formal instruction. Apprentices typically work alongside experienced developers, contributing to projects while continuing to build their technical knowledge. The apprenticeship typically includes structured learning, mentorship, and opportunities to contribute to team meetings or project planning sessions. This hands-on experience is designed to gradually build your technical skills and confidence in a professional software development environment.
