They typically work in educational settings like coding schools or camps, guiding students through programming concepts, projects, and problem-solving exercises. The role emphasizes patience, encouragement, and creating a fun learning environment to help students build confidence and skills in coding. Code Senseis adapt their teaching methods to suit different learning styles and levels of experience.

You’ll often work one-on-one or with small groups, adapting your teaching approach to each learner’s skill level. Collaboration with other instructors is common, especially during curriculum planning or workshops, and you may coordinate with center management to track student progress and communicate with parents. This supportive, team-oriented environment helps ensure students have a positive and productive learning experience.
