Are you ready to bring precision and creativity to life? As a CNC Programmer II on our 1st Shift team, you'll master the art of turning digital designs into perfectly crafted parts. If you love working with cutting-edge Fanuc & HAAS CNC milling centers and have a passion for precision, this is your stage to shine!
**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Master the setup, programming, and operation of Fanuc & HAAS CNC milling centers using Master CAM software-turning code into reality!
  • Decode blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications like a pro to determine dimensions, tolerances, and the perfect sequence of operations.
  • Work your magic with close tolerances using precision gauges and inspection tools to ensure every finished product is absolutely flawless.
  • Document your setup and operation expertise through written descriptions, sketches, and solid models-become the go-to resource for your team.
  • Mentor and train junior operators and apprentices, passing on your machining wisdom and helping them level up their skills.
  • Champion safety procedures and regulations-keeping our team safe is everyone's superpower.
  • Take on additional challenges as they come your way, staying flexible and ready for whatever's next.

Qualifications
**Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
  • **3-7 years** of hands-on manual machining and CNC setup and operation experience with conversational programming-you've got the chops!
  • **Master CAM software proficiency** is our jam (preferred, but we love learning together!)
  • **High work ethic and team player mentality** with a sense of urgency-because great things happen when we move fast and collaborate.
  • **Blueprint reading superpower**-you can decode complex machine and component drawings like it's second nature.
  • **English fluency** (speaking, reading, and understanding verbal instructions)-clear communication keeps us all on the same page.
  • **Problem-solving ninja skills**-you analyze challenges and find creative solutions.
  • **Detail-oriented and self-motivated**-you thrive with autonomy and minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work.
