Coco Coir Peat Ltd. supplies coco coir growing media, including cocopeat, growbags, compressed blocks, discs, briquettes, and custom substrate blends for commercial horticulture and agriculture. Our products emphasize quality, consistency, traceability, and sustainability.


Position Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Sales Manager. This person will develop new customers, manage key accounts, and build the company’s U.S. presence across the greenhouse, nursery, hydroponics, growing-media, and agricultural markets.


Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop commercial growers, distributors, substrate blenders, greenhouse operators, and horticultural suppliers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through samples, quotations, closing, and repeat orders.
  • Coordinate product trials and recommend appropriate coir products and blends.
  • Attend customer meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows.
  • Work with overseas manufacturing and logistics teams on pricing, specifications, inventory, and delivery.
  • Establish basic sales, CRM, forecasting, and account-management processes.


Qualifications

  • Experience selling coco coir, peat moss, growing media, greenhouse supplies, fertilizers, agricultural inputs, or related commodity products.
  • Existing relationships with growers, nurseries, distributors, or substrate manufacturers are highly desirable.
  • At least five years of B2B sales or business-development experience.
  • Proven ability to generate new accounts and manage a full sales cycle.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel.



Compensation

Base salary: $5,000 - $7,000 a month salary, plus commission
