Job Description

Provide excellent service to guests in a friendly and positive manner by giving SPIRITED attention and offering all products and focusing on overall guest satisfaction.

  Meet and greet guests with pleasant smile and enthusiastic attitude; provide ongoing, nurturing attention to guests' satisfaction

Communicate with accuracy and friendliness to guests, and co-workers to serve beverages with repetitive motions and charge and give change

Walk, bend, stand, carry/balance serving tray over length/width of vessel for 95% of shift Finalize transactions with multiple point of sales systems including cash, comp, credit cards, and tokens.

Must maneuver, reach, and stoop in bar area to obtain all necessary beverage ingredients and products

Work individually or in tandem with all duties

Must be able to read and utilize cleaning products appropriately

Operate banks and register and use math skills for banking

Must be able to maneuver weights of up to 20lbs.

Have working knowledge of all specialty glassware for beverages

Must have a sense of urgency

Must have product knowledge of alcohol, liquors, and wines to communicate products to guests and co-workers

Performs all relative miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor/manager.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to obtain a beverage permit.
  • Previous F & B or beverage serving experience preferred
