Ten Five Hospitality is excited to announce the launch of it's new restaurant and lounge concept in Georgetown, The Oak Room. We are seeking dynamic, experienced professionals to join our team as we create an elevated dining experience. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fine dining service & a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Position Summary

Cocktail Servers are responsible for delivering attentive, personalized beverage service while creating a warm and welcoming guest experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. The ideal candidate is polished, professional, and committed to providing thoughtful, efficient service

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge all celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other special notes that are specified.
  • Ability to interact with guests to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Anticipate and accommodate guest needs.
  • Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and venue.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage suggestions.
  • Coordinate with bartenders and support staff to ensure availability and timely, accurate drink service.
  • Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow proper cash/payment card procedures.
  • Possess complete food and beverage knowledge of all products that are being served.
  • Follow all proper cash/payment card procedures.
  • The ability to up-sell and offer food and beverage suggestions to guests.
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable health code, dress code, and other serving standards.
  • Thoroughly check ID to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

  • Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stopping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced environment.

Skills / Experience:

  • Must at least be 21+ years of age.
  • At least two (2) years ’of previous cocktail serving experience.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Actively contributes as a team player by being helpful/assisting when needed.
  • Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safe minded manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
